My mum is a "desert" woman, like lizards she liked sunbthing when I was little, she spent hours at the beach while I was playing on the sand. I'm a water lady, I loved playingon the sea shore (Meditterranean sea), swimming and building sand castles. So this song matchs perfect this post.

Oh yes, this is it, the recipe for this post, my mum is a huge fan of "Pan Quemaos" and her daughters (we) too. It's typical to eat them only during Easter, but I have to say, we usually eat them one month before and... sometimes later. There's a town in my region famous for their Pan Quemaos, so I've decided to post the recipe from there (sshhh... there are recipes also incredible in other towns too).

Pero nosotras comemos Pan Quemao desde, al menos un mes antes y después... (he seleccionado la receta de Alberic, aunque sabemos que hay otros sitios con muy buenas recetas).
