There's always a song for every post as well as a recipe. I loved this song since the first time I listened to it, I think, the melody is the thing that lured me. I hope you enjoy it while you are admiring and discovering new talented artists that I met at the Renegade craft fair in London last week.
Siempre hay una canción,a sí como una receta para cada post que escribo. Me encantó esta canción desde el primer momento que la escuché, creo que es la melodía lo que me atrapó y me hace seguir escuchándola una y otra vez. Espero que vosotros también la disfrutéis mientras admiráis y descubrís os maravillosos artistas que conocí en el Renegade Craft fair en Londres la semana pasada.
Everyone who attend markets or craft fairs knows really well that there's always a sandwich waiting us during these long hours attending customers, meeting makers and crafters.... you never know when you will be hungry! so why not to make a great sandwich for us.. we deserve it, right?! :D
little note: if you have the chance to buy "jamón serrano" instead prosciutto, this recipe will be much better ;)
Todos aquellos que participan en mercados, ferias... saben muy bien lo que significa tener un sandwich preparado para cualquier hora del día.... esos largos días donde se atiende a clientes, conoces a gente nueva...¡¡ nunca sabes cuándo lo vas a necesitar!! así que porqué no prepararnos un delicioso sandwich... nos lo merecemos, ¡¿verdad?! :D

Arriving to the renegade craft fair _ inside clear space
One week later , but my post about The renegade crat fair in London located at The Old Truman Brewery is here! Last time I had been in London I didn't have the chance to go to this neighbourhood, and now I love it! It's a vibrant and great quarter full of tasty resturants and vintage stores, besides there's a sunday market in the same building.
The industrial building is perfect for holding big events where a great amount of people come in and out during all day long. The light, it's white and bright (only the saturday was grey, it was raining a lot) perfect for a craft fair, wide aisles and anough room for each booth (at least my side).
It has been very busy both days, lots of customers came in and it was really nice to meet new Kishboo's lovers!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came by the craft fair, who bought things from Kishboo, who sent me their best wishes and who support me everytime! thanks, you are awesome!!
Una semana más tarde, pero aquí está mi post sobre el renegade, puede que alguno de vosotros ya estéis al tanto por la cantidad de fotos de mi instagram. The Renegade Craft Fair estaba ubicada en The Old Truman Brewery, edificio industrial con un gran potencial para eventos de gran afluencia. Además, el barrio donde se ubica hay que visitarlo tanto por sus restaurantes como por las tiendas vintage, es una zona para dar un paseo bastante agradable, contando con que los domingos se celebra un Sunday market, otra razón de más.
Las características industriales del edificio son perfectas para una indie craft fair, espacios amplios, luz blanca neutra a través de lucernarios (aunque el sábado fue un día gris y lluvioso, no hubo grandes problemas). El espacio para los puestos es espacioso así como para el público, característica muy importante para que el público esté cómodo y quiera comprar.
MUCHAS GRACIAS a todos los que pasasteis por la feria, aquello que compraron piezas de Kishboo, los que me enviasteis buenos deseos y los que me apoyáis siempre! gracias, sois los mejores! :D

Ha sido un placer poder participar en el Renegade craft fair, y sin duda regresaría de nuevo sin pensarlo!:D Por supuesto, ha sido un placer poder conocer a gente con tantas habilidades, si os gustan los ilustradores este es vuestro market! yo me volví loca comprando ilustraciones.
Así que aquí os presento a alguno de ellos, por supuesto hay muchos más, este post es sólo una pequeña muestra ;)

I'm glad to introduce you this cute and cool brand , the fox in the attic. If you are looking for fabric animals & cushions.. this is your maker! (i love her fox one). But not only that she's also a painter, crafter and illustrator... her pieces are lovely and cute! I found her on instagram... and then I figured out that she was attending the renegade craft fair! :D
I'm a cat lover, so... when I was walking around the fair and I saw in a box " catnip joy toy" made by nicola fernandes ... my beloved cats came into my mind! Of course, I always buy from craft fairs treats for me, but this time I bought things for my cats too! and they love it! As she says the catnip joy toy is effective for 5-15mins after exposure!
Jill creates amazing pouches and purses screen-printed, made of leather or suede and full of animals.. I have a Xmas present for someone from her beauty stuff.... :P
Lost in the wood, sweet crochet head animals those that you would find inside the woods, aren't they lovely??? I couldn't buy any beacuse it was no room in my luggage, but I can order them online! :D
Super contenta de presentaros a esta preciosa y divertida marca llamada the fox in the attic. S estás buscando animales de tela o cojines... esta es la persona que buscabas!!! (a mi me encanta el zorro). Además crea ilustraciones, teje... sus piezas son un encanto y divertidas! La descubrí en instagram (aplicación de la que soy mega fan)... y después vi que participaba conmigo en el renegade craft fair!! :D
Me encantan los gatos, así que... cuando estaba dando un vuelta por la feria vi en una caja.... "catnip joy toy" made by nicola fernades .... y de repente mis queridos gatos vinieron a mi cabeza. Así que como siempre me compro cosas para mi ... ¿cómo no voy a comprar un regalín para mis gatos? sólo deciros que les encanta su nuevo juguete. Y tal y como ella nos dice, el catnip joy toy es efectivo durante 5-15min tras su exposición!
Jill crea preciosos bolsos ilustrados de piel mediante serigrafía... Yo ya tengo un lindo regalín de Jill para estas navidades para alguien... :P
Lost in the woods, si te gustan los animalicos de los bosques y el crochet, aquí tienes los mejores que he visto hasta ahora! porque no me cabían en la maleta, si no... ya tendría uno en mi pared! :D

Yes!!! Illustrators , illustrations! i love them... neat ones and mixed with collages from lucy driscoll. Colorful and bright made by blank inside. Lovely and funny animals by eightbear. Cute little friends made by booth mate red panda illustrations. And of course, I bought some of them :D
¡¡ Si!!! ¡ Ilustradores, ilustraciones! Me encantan... Lucy Driscoll emplea tanto ilustraciones como collages para crear sus láminas. Llenos de color y alegres son las ilustraciones de Blank inside. Pequeños y divertidos animalicos creados por Eightbear, no os perdáis su alfabeto de animales. Mi compi de puesto también era ilustradora, feliz como una perdiz estaba yo. Y por supuesto.... que compré láminas de las que veis aquí! :D
They came from Minnesota, much more far away than me, and brought recycled jewelry. Stuff that you think it won't be use again they give it a new use.
Vinieron a Londres de un poco más lejos que yo, desde Minnesota, con piezas de material reciclado. Todo aquello que crees que nunca se podrá de nuevo utilzar, ellos le dan un nuevo uso.

Well, well, although we were very tired after attending the craft fair we had time to go around and visit the city! :P
Bueno, aunque estuviéramos bastante cansadas después de estar en la feria, tuvimos tiempo para darnos una vuelta y visitar London. :P

There's no London visit without a grey and rainy day; and new adventures with little animals.
We were going around the city, the touristic city...and of course it was raining , that rain kind of annoing, It was drizzling.
We were ready, beacuse you never know when you are visiting a city as a tourist what you will need after being lots of hours non stop, so at least it's good to wear a warm pair of boots (i love my warm and green ones) and a water proof jacket (i brouhgt my canadian winter jacket :P...
London's weather give you the chance to take pics which have that kind of drama during sunlight hours, that's even cool. And then of course, it's november so you will discover that ...Xmas is just there waiting you, at covent garden!
But... what about squirrels??!! yes, that lovely and cute squirrels that are waiting you, they need to be fed by tourists and walkers at St. James' park... she or he climbed my leg!!!!!!!!! fast and light came up and down while my sister was laughing and tourists were taking pics.... adventure awaits! ;)
No hay visita Londinense sin un día gris y con lluvia.. y por supuesto, nuevas aventuras con pequeños animalicos...
Estuvimos dando una vuelta por la ciudad, por la parte turística.. y por supuesto, estaba lloviendo, ese tipo de lluvia un tanto molesta, suave pero constante, llovizna / chirimiri / chispear -como prefieras llamarla - Estabamos preparadas para todo ;), nunca sabes cuando vas de turista qué necesitarás tantas horas fuera de casa. Buenas botas (yo adoro mis calentitas botas verdes) y una buena chaqueta impermeable (yo me llevé mi chaqueta de invierno canadiense) por lo menos :P
Con este clima, todas la fotos tendrán un punto dramático que oye, no está mal, incluso quedan bien. Estamos a principios de noviembre y eso significa que... la navidad ya ha llegado la menos en Covent garden :D
¿¿Y qué pasa con los animalicos, en concreto con las ardillitas?? sí, esas lindas crituritas que te están esperando para que les des de comer mientras paseas por St. James' Park... pues que te trepan por las piernas, o al menos eso es lo que me pasó a mi. Rápida y veloz trepó y bajó, mientras mi hermana no paraba de reírse y los turistas hacían fotos .... ¡ya sabes, las aventuras siempre te están esperando a la vuelta de la esquina!
